The service
This website shares news, prayer schedules, photos, music and newsletters of the Tri-Valley Santo Niño Prayer Group. It is operated on the group's behalf by itpro360 LLC.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your password and authenticator to yourself. Staff accounts (moderators, managers, administrators) are personal and must not be shared; every change is recorded under the account that made it. Moderators may approve, decline or remove member accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in or overload it, no spam, no unlawful, hateful or harassing content, and no sharing of members-only information (such as hosts' addresses) outside the group.
Content
Content published by staff belongs to the group or its authors. By uploading content you confirm you have the right to share it and allow the group to show it on this site and in newsletters. Members-only content is for members only.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Suspension and deletion
We may block or remove accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Schedules and announcements can change; please confirm important details with the group.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the group and itpro360 LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.
Indemnity
You agree to cover claims arising from content you upload or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
